I am Nelly Mosse and on the left is a picture of me at the beach when I was pregnant with my son.

I love going for walks on the nearby beach and parks; in fact I met my husband during one of these strolls not too long after I graduated from college.

We dated for years, traveled a fair bit before deciding to settle down and start a family.

It was certainly to our good fortune that we managed to conceive and are blessed with a beautiful child.

Having said this, there were some trying moments during my pregnancy (my first) that I was able to deal with using tips and advise that I learnt and hope to share with you.

I will also be bringing latest updates pertaining to the on-going challenges faced by new mothers.
